How does shipping work for Karin Jamieson Jewelry products?All shipping within the United States is complimentary, with 2-day shipping via FedEx that requires a signature for delivery. Tracking information will be provided after your order is placed. Please note that custom orders will take 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping. Orders are processed based on item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. What is the return and exchange policy for Karin Jamieson Jewelry?We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Karin Jamieson Jewelry. If you wish to return an item, we accept merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please contact karin@karinjamiesonjewelry.com to set up your return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The product must be in its complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Merchandise should be returned prepaid and insured to Karin Jamieson Jewelry. Once we receive and accept your return, your refund will be processed within a few business days, excluding original shipping charges. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted. We recommend using FedEx for returns and insuring the package for the full purchase price with a signature required. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages. Follow all return instructions exactly to ensure processing.

What if I need something repaired?For all repair inquiries, email info@karinjamiesonjewelry.com and include your name, description of the repair, photo of the damage and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a RA number and shipping instructions. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as its ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges. Where do you source your gemstones?I handpick each gemstone that goes into my designs. I'm grateful to have long standing relationships with some of the top mining sources in the world! This includes Brazil, Turkey, Africa, Sri Lanka, and India depending on the stones.

Where are the products manufactured?I'm happy to say that all of my products are made in the United States. This was a conscious effort on our part when we started the business. It was extremely important to me that all of the designs be manufactured in the U.S. I've had a long-standing relationship with a third-generation family-owned jewelry maker in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What metals do you typically use in the designs?Most generally we work with 18K Yellow Gold and 14K Rose Gold. We do also offer a collection of Sterling Silver. When designing a piece of Karin Jamieson Jewelry, I always determine which metal color will best compliment the individual gemstone.

How do I care for and clean my jewelry?To clean your Karin Jamieson jewelry, dilute dish detergent or soap in a small bowl of warm water and soak each piece for 3 to 5 minutes. Gently clean your item by using a clean cotton cloth or toothbrush. To ensure you removed all the soap, rinse your jewelry under warm running water, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Be sure to set out your Karin Jamieson jewelry to dry before wearing it again.
