What are the latest necklace trends?

Key 2026 Necklace Trends

Chunky & Bold Chains:
Thick links and heavy gold chains are dominant, providing a statement look that can be dressed up or down.

Layered Sets:
Combining different lengths, such as pairing a choker with a mid-length pendant, remains a key trend for creating depth and texture.

Mixed Metals:
Pairing gold and silver together are popular, offering a versatile, modern approach to accessorizing.

Statement Pearls & Coins:
Modernized pearls and classic coin pendants, often in layered, gold-dipped styles, are high-demand items.

Personalized Charms:

Pendants with letters, customized initials, or thematic charms (like hearts and locks) provide a personal touch.

Colored Gemstones:

Necklaces featuring emeralds or colorful beads add vibrant, playful accents.

MEET KARIN

Like all rewarding journeys, Karin Jamieson’s path to becoming an award-winning jewelry designer has included a detour or two.

After successful post-collegiate turns as a travel agent, and then as a financial advisor for a major investment firm, Karin decided to pursue her life-long interest in gemstones and enrolled in a course at the Gemological Institute of America.

Her passion and talent for working with rare stones was obvious, and she soon received an offer from Tiffany & Co. to take a position in sales and earn her GIA Graduate Gemologist®️ Certification.

Graduate Gemologist® Program (gia.edu). It was here that Karin began to build a roster of private clients for her own designs.
